Some Insurance Companies require you to go the shops that they "Like". On the other hand, EZ wants you to get your vehicle fixed where you want it fixed.   > submit a claim > the claims process > glass and towing claims   You are the boss! How does it feel? You see, we will not tell you where you can and cannot get your car fixed. You can get it done wherever you want. We do, however, recommend that you discuss your shop of choice with your adjuster. This will insure that you are going to a trusted and reputible shop.

You get to choose where your vehicle is repaired. You can ask your adjuster for help on any item. Your adjuster will help you understand any terms or policies that you dont understand.
